just replaced seat and seatpost with Macneil sl seat and Animal pivotal post

24.91 lbs

 

next change will possibly be the rear tire. I don't need any more weight off the front. KHE mac2.0 dirt tire 366g upon availability. about 300g or 2/3lb lighter than the fly.
