embroidered toddler jumper

I made this jumper as a trial for my 1 1/2 year old daughter. I used a vintage pattern found in the Hoop Love Vintage Transfers group. Unfortunately, one washing later, the neckline seam is fraying. That's what I get for using a cheap fabric for my trial!
