Constable John Zivcic, a traffic officer with Toronto Police Service 22 Division, was rushed to St. Michael’s Hospital with life-threatening injuries following this accident at Bloor St West and Neilson Dr on Saturday afternoon. He succumbed to his injuries on Monday December 2, 2013.
