I-95 northbound at exit 25 north of Lumberton, NC. NCDOT decided that since there was nothing on US 301 (which there really isn't, at least not around here), that the control city of Local Traffic would be acceptable. This can be seen at a few other US 301 interchanges along I-95 in NC.
