Since the photograph of 25 080 taken one year previously the signal

box at Aberystwyth has closed and the signal arms removed - the track

layout has also been rationalised leaving one platform face in use.

Once uncoupled from the train the locomotives will move forward

allowing the route to the run round loop to be set from the ground

frame.
