Under the Bridges

Photographed at the edge of city centre Manchester where the layers of railway and pedestrian bridges cross the victorian canal network.

 

For me this is visually the most dramatic part of Manchester yet also the hardest to photograph - the scale is very difficult to portray in a photo and the strong shadow and light makes it very awkward.
