"Lick and Lather," Janine Antoni
"Lick and Lather," by Janine Antoni (Bahamian, born 1964) consists of two self-portraits, one made from chocolate and the other made from soap. The artist degraded the detail on the chocolate bust by licking it, and she degraded the soap bust by lathering it with water.
