Making Potato crisps

Inspired by Flickr's Jerseysam, I attempted to make potato crisps.

Good to eat, especially with a glass of beer - but now I have huge respect for firms like Kettle Chips who must have to control a very critical process perfectly day in and day out to produce what they sell.
