Homemade Bread w Provolone Cheese

Ingredients:

Double zero Flour, Milk, Water, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Eggs, EVOO. Provolone Cheese.

Make a very soft, light dough.

Let it rest for few hours until doubles in size.

Bake until almost done.

Place slices of Provolone Cheese on the top and bake again for few min. until golden brown.
