Rafael Mariano Grossi, IAEA Director-General, met with Koguchi Masanori, President of Japan Atomic Energy Agency, as they sign the Practical Arrangements between the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Japan Atomic Energy Agency on the Cooperation in the Area of Sampling and Analysis at the Fukushima Daiichii Nuclear Power Station during their bilateral meeting at the Agency headquarters in Vienna, Austria. 22 November 2023
