View from Crag Hill towards Buttermere

Many thanks to this unknown gentleman who provided foreground interest. This was a very cold day with high winds in exposed places. There were occasional outbursts of skin stripping snowstorms (seen in the middle distance here) and some sleet, so we were well wrapped up. This chap wandered by looking like he was out for a walk on Hampstead Heath.
