1951 Rambler
The first model in the postwar Rambler line was the convertible, because Nash knew they couldn't sell them cheap so they had to make them appear to be upscale. When they decided to build the even smaller Metropolitan it would have to be built in Europe because it just cost too much to make small cars in North America. Rambler did pretty well and we still see a lot of these at car shows.
