ROBERT HUFFSTUTTER says: Women of WWII This makes me cry every time I see it. I'm not normally one for tears but people always remember the Men and now Women who serve in the Military and they think of them, but so often the Women that are left behind, Mothers, Daughters, Lovers and Wives are forgotten. At this time in history they weren't just scared for the Men in their lives but for the first time they had actual participation in the fight. I salute all the women who did all of the things and so much more. Thank you. Below are the words in case you can't read them. THEY HAVE GIVEN THEIR SONS TO THE MILITARY SERVICES. THEY HAVE STOKED THE FURNACES AND HURRIED THE FACTORY WHEELS. THEY HAVE MADE THE PLANES AND WELDED THE TANKS, RIVETED THE SHIPS AND ROLLED THE SHELLS. President Franklin D.
