HERE'S A "HEADS UP" FOR THOSE COMPLAINING ABOUT A "NO JOB ECONOMY"

Instead of simply watching programs like "LOCKDOWN", "48 HOURS" and reruns of "HILL STREET BLUES", it appears there is a badge waiting for those who can complete a correspondence course. Think of the pride one would have when being overheard loudly stating "You are under arrest?" There are lots of crooks out there, so why not become employed by sending them up the river.
