ONE OF MY EARLY PAINTINGS SURFACES IN SNAPSHOT
While sorting through another old box of snapshots, I located a photo of a party my wife and I had in 1966 that clearly reveals one of my "bottle phase era" paintings. What has become it, only the wind knows, but judging from its location above our sofa, it must have been a work we liked. I vaguely recall painting it, but there were so many bottle paintings back then, and they sold well. Everyone in the apartment building wanted one. I usually sold a work like this for around $15 which included the frame.
