Carved Wood Choir Paneling

French Renaissance wood carving in the Cathedral of St. Bertrand-de-Comminges. As we stood marveling at the panels, a large group of French people dressed like tourists came together as a group, with men on one side and the women on the other at the center of the choir area and treated us to the hymn "Joy to the World". Then they left! Quite a treat.
