2015 Annual Chapter Meeting

The Hawaii Pacific Chapter of the Medical Library Association (HPC-MLA) held its Annual Chapter Meeting on April 9, 2015 at the University of Hawaii at Manoa's John A. Burns School of Medicine, Health Sciences Library.
Kay Deeney, NN/LM PSR Educational Services Coordinator taught a four hour workshop on nutrition resources entitled, "Food 4 Thought." Meanwhile, NN/LM PSR Associate Director, Alan Carr made his first Hawaii Pacific Chapter meeting and provided the group with the annual PSR Update.
Dixie Jones, MLA Past President and Library Director/Chair/Associate Professor of the Department of Medical LIbrary Science Health Sciences Library, LSU Health Shreveport presented the annual MLA Update.
Immediately following the close of the annual Chapter's Business Meeting, a social dinner was held at Uncle's Fish Market at Pier 38.
