Three characters in Cumberland County, Tennessee

These three unsavory characters are often seen loitering about together.

 

But seriously, do you suppose someone has been stealing trash cans and they had to tie it to a stop sign? Nice paint job on the fire plug.

 

This is in Crossville, Tennessee a town the Cumberland Plateau. There is a lot of stuff to see and do in Crossville. We used to take mini-vacations there when our kids were still at home. It's about an hour from home.

 

Crossville has a state park and an excellent theatre with live performances. The surrounding countryside is very picturesque.
