I love the patterns and waves and ruffles and fins and.... I had to lay on my back, hold my nose with one hand (because of the smell of rot) and my camera with the other for the underneath shots. The tree where this grew is next to a sidewalk on a corner so there were many people driving by wondering what the hell I was doing. I like confusing people like that. :)
