Mating mason bees - Osmia rufa
unfortunately i couldn't get both of the bees eyes in focus.A 1st for me,,I sat there for about 2 mins looking through my camera at this amazing bees mating..at 1st i thought the one on top was eating the other but no..they where mating..amazing find if u ask me.Bare in mind this was shot on a plant that was 4 foot high..i had no tripod so it was the best angle i could get..i took about 20 shots but this was the only decent one out of the bunch,.
