Here's some follow-up on what happened in this issue.
I e-mailed MCL on 19 Aug, asking them to either properly license the pictures with me, or take them down.
My message to them remained unanswered until yesterday, 24 Aug. when I decided to file copyright infringement complaints with both, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Both acted within 24hrs and took my image off the respective MCL pages.
