Saw these bunch of guys crouching at the very edge of the breakwater base, frantically trying to beat darkness and catch some fish in the murky waters of Manila Bay. Food on the table for that evening, perhaps? Talk about being at the very margin of survival. At this point, I thought of how lucky we were. I will count my blessings..
