Tree and torrents!
I spent a beguiling hour or so by this spot up in the Langstrath Valley. It was great sitting all alone with a packed lunch and flask of hot tea contemplating this scene.
There is something extremely therapeutic about being all alone in a tranquil and relatively remote spot. Taking images here was also a joy. There are so many different compositions along this series of cascades with the lone tree and the flanks of this wonderful valley.
I will be posting a couple more where I managed to get some light breaking through from slightly higher up with the bulk of Blea Crag as a backdrop. All in all a very pleasant stroll and my knee rehabilitation well on track!
