Formal style man

The man in center is doing Japanese traditional formal manner of worship.

It's called "Ni rei, Ni haku, Ichi rei":

"Ni" means two. "Ichi" means one. "Rei" means deep bow. "Haku" means crapping hands.

So, the formal manner is:

2 deep bow and 2 crapping hands then 1 deep bow. He is doing the last bow.
