I lthought this was a great photo, I loved the expression. I used the lasso tool with varying amounts of feather to make selections on the model. I adjusted brightness and color balance and applied different lighting applications.

 

I added some red and magenta to her lips and tongue, and tweaked the eyes some. I selected the glass in the goggles and added a bunch of contrast and brightness. I used the distort function on the background to align the vertical and horizontal elements of the building. I then added some blue to the sky.

 

I used the some lensflare for the goggle glass and a bit on her nose ring too. Thanks ajaxserix for letting me work with your wonderful photo.
