homecooked porridge
Yummy yummy.. the one with the raw egg's sp, I never eat them raw.. haha
simple and delicious lunch!
Ingredients:
anchovy, garlic, ginger and a little DOM with vegetable stock to cook porridge..
marinated fish with pepper, salt, sesame oil and rice wine..
after 4hours, put in fish and add more vege stock, continue cooking and serve with parsley, cut red chillies, cut ginger, fried onion and mix vege.. (eggs optional of course)
