Where I left my truck

This was from a little while back when the snow just started hitting at the higher elevations. This is Upper Butte Creek falls.

 

I tried making it back there today. It didn't happen. Got my truck stuck there too. I made it a couple hundred yards down the hill off Crooked Finger road. I spent a couple hours digging out a turn around for my truck. I got it turned around but going uphill was impossible. At about 3:30 I hiked up to the main road and another guy who had been pulled out earlier drove me back to Tigard. Thanks, Kevin ( He works at Columbia Helicopters and I'm sure he'll never read this but that was very cool)

I'll be back tomorrow morning with my brother-in-law to get my truck. (and thanks Brian)
