Weird Leopard dock bug

Every so often the labels on my dock go wrong. I can't work out what triggers it and the only solution I've found is restarting the computer, which seems a bit drastic.

 

The iTunes icon, btw, is one I did for myself because I think Apple's icon is a bit naff. You can see a big version of it here.
