Holy Doodle

I made The Peanut Butter, following Caro's advice about roasting temperature (275F instead of 375F) and we have SUCCESS!

 

Good grief, y'all, this is seriously the best peanut butter that I've ever eaten. It surpasses peanut butter. It's so different from peanut butter that it should have a different name.

 

ETA: This stuff is rich. I couldn't finish these two slices.
