Jaffa Pudding

cream butter, sugar and zest oranges till fluffy and almost white,

gradually add beaten egs, beating well after each addition.

Gradually and gently incorporate sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Adjust to dropping consistency with milk.

Place into greased pudding basin, or 6 dariole moulds cover with greased greaseproof paper steam 1-1/2 hrs, or 40-50 mins for dariole moulds, serve with orange sauce.
