This home on 17th street erupted into flames Tuesday evening.Mr. Carlton Glass perished in the fire.He was known as the candy man and was loved by all the children in the neighborhood.He had retired from the Elyria foundry and was battling prostate cancer.Even though he was ill he was active helping out in the community.
