Every dog has its day
The main button in this image was made by the Artid Plastic Company and is part of their Toy series. They made a wide variety of things, but only produced buttons for one year from 1946. The one on the right is known as a wafer button. It's made of incredibly thin plastic and is probably from the 1950s or earlier. The cream coloured lidded pot in the background is also made of plastic. It's French and dates from the 1950s. The vintage lace on the left is French too.
For this week's Macro Mondays group theme, Plastic.
Note for Moderators: The main button is exactly 1" wide.
