1/52: Repeating patterns
I've just joined a new group which offers a weekly photo challenge. The subject for the first week was 'Repeating patterns' and even though I found myself seeing patterns everywhere it was a while before I found something I wanted to photograph. I was in Brighton again today and went onto the beach under the pier where I saw this criss-cross view stretching out before me. I'm not sure why, but there's something about all the ropes and bits of netting hanging under the pier that makes me think of pirates. :)
