Buggy, what?

First off, I hate this kinda thing: when an ad overlaps content, or when a survey badge appears covering content. But when you are given a collapse button that you can click to hide or otherwise get rid of the ad and it doesn't work, not matter how many times you click on it - and the content you want is directly below it - it's bad news.

 

Also seems like clicking the collapse ad button sometimes takes you to Quikrete's homepage instead of closing the ad. Shifty.
