Amur Leopard (Panthera pardus orientalis) female named "Zorinka". She is one of the two female Amur leopard cubs born to mother "Satka" at the San Diego Zoo on February 17, 2023.
Conservation status: Critically Endangered. It is one of the rarest big cats in the world with an estimate somewhere between 30-60 solitary individuals left in the wild. The San Diego Zoo has established an Amur leopard breeding program and is working with other zoos to develop a sustainable and genetically diverse population of Amur leopards.
