Butterfly quilt made for Liliane by Hedgehog

Free-pieced butterfly, hand-printed butterflies from thrifted curtains, striped binding from thrifted pillowcase, machine quilted (antennas with heavy-duty thread). This was a lot of fun to make and might the inspiration for some future projects. The best thing about swaps is the opportunity to try out new things. I hope Liliane likes it!!
