"My grandfather used to come home from work & he'd stomp twice on the porch with his big boots & he'd say, It's time to be afraid...
...& we'd start screaming & my sister hid behind the piano & I'd hide in the hall closet that smelled like moth balls & it would get very quiet & then he would say, Now, it's time to be very afraid & then we'd start laughing & he'd drag us out, one under each arm, & give us toffee & chocolates & to this day whenever someone says it's time to be afraid, I scream for a little while like everybody else, but I'm really just waiting for the treats."

Do you live in Chicago, Washington D.C. (or the surrounding area...), San Francisco, or Tampa/St. Pete? I want to hear about your city! What do you like about it, what do you dislike? How is it livability-wise (is it expensive, is it dirty, do you have a car, what is the arts/culture scene like?).
I graduated a month ago from Florida State University, with a degree in Multinational Business Operations, and a minor in Italian. I'm looking for an entry-level job or internship (preferably with a non-profit) in event coordination, PR, marketing, or advertising, with a focus in arts, theater, museums, or education. Do you work in this field? Know someone who does? Is there an organization in your area that you particularly like? I want to hear from you!
