On Thursday 11/15, Kingwood Library staff joined Precinct 4 Fun4Seniors on a tour of the National Weather Service in Dickinson, TX. Participants learned about how storms throughout the nation are tracked and monitored. Afterwards, everyone enjoyed lunch on the Kemah Boardwalk.
