Circuit Tinkering

Tried a new technique for teaching circuits - less talk and more playing. This won't replace our regular "Basic Circuits" classes in the Innovatoin Lab where we delve a bit into circuit theory, but it's a nice way to introduce the materials. We might even take a program like this on the road to a community center or a school!
