Bangkok Stret 1981
My very first impressions after arrival in Bangkok, coming from the Philippines, have been overwhelming. Ut has been my first trip ti Asia as a backpacker! I fell in love with Thailand immediately. This shot I made at boon time the the roads are empty when people have their lunch break!
Recently I re-edited it. Trying to touch up most of the disturbing "bubbles“ in the sky, caused by bacterial damage on the old slide film material, which I kept in sealed frames with glass which was a big mistake, Many years later I re framed my slides and now keep the in glassless frames,
I took this photo in 1981 with my analogue Nikon FE camera and 35mm slide film roll, and then scanned with Nikon Coolscan LS 40ED film scanner in tif datas, then processed in Lightroom and then in Luminar Neo.
