Can a bird have a facial expression?

 

Biologist/Ornithologist would probably say 'no' due lack of facial muscles

 

I don't completely accept that answer., it's the 'look' in the eye which gives the 'game away'., and in this case in a comically cartoonish way

 

'uh-ho... not him again!!! Time for a quick exit!

 

The expression/look was definitely there and it made me smile!
