1958 Borgward Isabella Cabriolet

This is an Isabella, built by Borgward in Germany from 1954 until 1962. The cabriolet version was introduced in 1957. The bodywork was made by Karl Deutch, a company that also made converibles for Ford and Opel. Borgward went bankrupt in 1961 under controversial circumstances and production ended a year later.
