VIA 6900, LRC, eastbound "International Limited" at 21st Street in Chicago, IL.

 

This 1915 vertical lift bridge (PRR) was built by Waddell and Harrington. The tower is 195 feet in height. The brick structure on the right is the bridge tender building.
