Sutherland Falls Depot, Proctor VT (1982)

Former depot of the Otter Valley Railroad.

In 1977 and 1978, the Otter Valley RR, a tourist line, used an ex-Boston & Maine Alco RS3 to pull trains over a scenic branch of the unused Clarendon & Pittsford RR, which formerly served the local marble quarries. This picturesque little depot and platform located near the scenic Sutherland Falls was used as a loading/unloading point for its passengers.
