Thursday Cocktail Hour: Monte on a Volcano Margarita. #cocktailrobot -•- I believe I read that @creativedrunk liked to use Amaro Montenegro in a Margarita. Did I dream this? It’s super orangey and I’m not a fan of the various curaçaos out there so this works. Cocktail was actually made by lovely wife tonight. Yay! 2.00 oz. Volcan Blanco 1.00 oz. Lime Juice 0.75 oz. Amaro Montenegro 0.50 oz. Simple syrup (or agave) Shake with ice. Strain. Orange peel express and garnish. Y’all. It’s tasty.
