Twelve Days of Drinks: Day No. 6 Friday Cocktail Hour: Pájaro de la Selva #cocktailrobot -•- Over the summer I made this variation of a Jungle Bird and it seemed appropriate for this Friday night. The variation is that the spirits used are from Mexico - so it’s a Mexican Jungle Bird. And, I dare say, this Jungle Bird is pretty dang tasty. 1.5 oz. Rum (used @charanda_uruapan Blanco Rum) 0.75 oz. Campari (used @RoyalVallet Granada Vallet) 0.50 oz. Agave Syrup 1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice 0.50 oz. Lime Juice barspoon or two of pineapple gum syrup for fun Shake with ice! Strain with strainer! Garnishes are nice unless you have a bit attractive glacier looking piece of ice.
