Friday Cocktail Hour: Bonal & Rye #cocktailrobot -•- Oh my! What a storm we are having here (again) in NYC. If I had to re-do this, I would do 2 parts rye and then 1 part of the either as the Bonal and Cocchi do both bring the sweetness. 1 ounce each of: - Bonal Gentiane-Quina - Sweet Vermouth (Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino) - Rye Whiskey Stir with ice. Strain.
