Monday Cocktail Hour: Tequila Lime Sour AKA I don’t need no stinking curaçao #cocktailrobot -•- The Margarita is a cocktail I’ve, naturally, enjoyed. I do live in the United States. At the same time, it is probably my least favorite tequila cocktail. I like them, but I don’t “like” like them. Also, orange curaçao or triple sec or whatever orange liqueur you are using: It seems unnecessary to my palate. We had a funny night. Tequila Lime Sour! 2.00 oz. Blanco Tequila @woodinvillewhiskeyco 1.00 oz. Agave syrup (dang!) 1.00 oz. Lime juice 0.25 oz. Leftover pineapple juice (why not) 3 dashes of orange bitters pinch of salt Shake with ice. Strain.
