Sunday Cocktail Sunday Cocktail Hour: A Reverse Parkway #cocktailrobot -•- Shot with #LensBaby 45mm #Sol lens. What a fun wonky lens. This is straight out of the camera. No monkey business. Apart from the lens being a bit crazy. 📷 #fujixe3 There was a cocktail recipe that used Bonal from 2011 credited to Fred Sarkis of Sable Kitchen & Bar in Chicago. It was Bourbon with small amounts of Cynar and Bonal. Folks referred to it as a “Boulevardier Riff”. Today was hot and I wanted something boozy but not actually boozy. So I flipped it and it is tasty. Like you. 1.25 oz. Bonal 1.25 oz. Cynar 0.50 oz. @woodinvillewhiskeyco Straight Bourbon pinch of salt 2 dashes of orange bitters. Stirred with ice.
