-•- Two things: We spend a lot of time in the park *and* I grabbed a bottle of Punt e Mes today: ergo The Prospect Park. -•- 1.50 oz Rye 1.50 oz Aperol 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur, Luxardo 0.25 oz Simple syrup 0.50 oz Punt e Mes -•- Good lord y’all. What’s the amount of alcohol here? Oh well. I stirred with ice longer than normal and then served over a rock because, well, I suppose I can do that.
Normally it’s served up/no ice, but c’mon. 3.75 ounces of alcohol? I may have also not poured it all into my glass. Tasty.
